Meet Paul DiFranco, also known as 'Plan B'

In this ever-changing world, it is great to have a backup plan. Now, I have one -- Paul DiFranco -- a well-trained hypnotist who shares my views on customer service.
If you need to see a hypnotist and I am not available, call Paul. If you need regression work, call Paul. He has special training in that area.
I am blessed with loyal clients, and I want to make sure there is always someone available to work with them. Paul will soon have his own page on our Web site, but for now, here is his contact info.

Holistic event set Nov. 12
in Westlake

Visit our hypnosis table and talk to Jerome Masek 1-on-1 at a holistic fair from 10 am-6 pm on Nov. 12, at Unity Spiritual Center, Westlake. You can enter a drawing and win a free or discounted hypnosis session.
The event, produced by Harmonic Journeys, includes readers and presentations. Admission is free with a canned good or non-perishable item.
Some vendors will sell items that make great holiday gifts.

from a Zoom client...

"I did it! It was great! I slept almost a solid 7 hours. That never happens. I woke up once to use the bathroom. When I came to bed, I said, Take me back to Jerry's chair. I counted down the stairs from 10 to 1, but about halfway down, I was OUT! It was REALLY nice. Thank you so much."

Looking ahead to 2023

Harmonic Journeys holds six major holistic events in 2023. I plan to be a vendor at each of them. You may want to add these dates in your 2023 calendar. I also plan to attend psychic fairs March 5 and Oct. 1 at Yorktown Lanes.

Eat, drink and be merry...but not too much

Everywhere you turn during the holidays, there is food, food, food. Some people gain up to 7 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day.
If you would like to keep yourself healthy, here's a tip.
Before Thanksgiving, weigh yourself, and then promise yourself that you will retain that weight throughout the holiday season. If you do, you will be seven pounds ahead of others.
The first step in achieving the proper body weight is to maintain your present weight. Make time for exercise. Eat in moderation. Avoid extra trips to the dessert table. Get enough sleep.
Weigh yourself again on Jan. 1, and start the New Year with a smile.
Happy holidays.
